︎Internet Rules for Humans, - a collection of contradictory rules, instructions, suggestions, opinions, ideas for how to handle the internet enormity.
Who could collect and invent these rules? The government? A group of intellectuals? Doctors and lawyers? The new generation? In all modesty, it might just be a good idea for an artist to do this - as a satellite in the hierarchy of society, a neutral of sorts - who can act as a container of chaos, gather and invent a series of rules and instructions. Don’t expect these rules to be just! They will contain multitudes and many inevitable contradictions.
